Attention points

  • Once the form has been submitted, it is not possible to make any modifications. Please carefully review each item and make sure all information is correct before submitting your application.
  • Seat Registration deadline: Tuesday 19 March 2024 at 5PM. After this date, fees may incur.
  • Modifications in reservations after 5 April noon, will cost 5000 JPY (tax incl.) per request.
